Happy warm weather (for now) to you!
This past weeks weather has been phenomenal! Although Spring isn't quite here yet these warm conditions sure make it feel like it is. So as always a lot has been going on around the farm. In January, I introduced you to Ruthie, our sweet bottle fed baby goat. Since then she has really grown up. Now at 2 months old she is more rambunctious than ever!

(She's the one in the middle)
Along with her, our nannies gave birth to 4 more kids. As you can imagine they are all spoiled little things.
Besides baby goats February brought more fun (and work)...

Our sweet little cotton balls arrived on the 28th and better yet they were all alive! We were so thankful for warmer weather that accompanied their arrival. They will be ready for processing at the end of April. We are changing processors and will now be offering skinless, boneless chicken breasts! Also, some of our chicken prices have been reduced so be sure to swing by our price tab at the top of this page for more information.
We are proud to announce that our chicken is now non-GMO!! I think this is something that most people will appreciate and we are happy to finally offer it to you. As always we strive to meet the needs and wishes of our valued customers.
You may remember something in my last post about all the veggies we will be offering this year and I'm happy to tell you that last week we constructed my indoor greenhouse. The seed have been planted and almost all of them have sprouted. I was shocked that the majority of them came up in less than a week! Since this is a first for me I wasn't sure how it would work out but so far so good.
